Colin McDiarmid, M.D. 18th Field Ambulance, C.A.M.C. who attended the injured; presented to City Archives, Dec. 1942 by Mrs. Marjorie Wade, daughter of F.C. Wade, Esq., K.C., Former Agent-General, London, of Vancouver
Grey brick, irregular edges, corners broken off; stamped on underside, "Fujiware"; 2 large paper labels varnished to 2 surfaces of brick [late additions]
